SAINT LUCIA

Decadent luxury, Death By Chocolate™ delivered 24 hours a day by dedicated major domos, sunrise from kayaks and sunset from the Celestial Terrace, schools of squids and silverbacks, fine music every night. This was an anniversary trip, and for once in our lives we splurged on high-end luxury at Jade Mountain and Anse Chastenet. Our sanctuary on the hill had no fourth wall, only an exquisite view of the iconic Piton mountains.

Saint Lucia — a country in the Windward Islands of the Lesser Antilles — is dominated by Gros Piton and Petit Piton. We climbed Gros Piton during our trip … a steep and sweaty hike. The snorkeling and diving in that area is world class.
